Where can I find the size chart?

What are the care instructions for the product?
We recommend that the products are dry cleaned only.

How can I pay for my order?
We have integrated with Amex, Mastercard, Visa and Apple Pay. 

What currencies are accepted?
We accept INR only.

When is my product shipped?
We are a slow fashion company with sustainable production methods in place. This means that we ship our products 7- 10 working days after the purchase is and you can expect it in 14 working days from the day of purchase.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, you can reach out to us on hello@houseofkav.com with the product link and we can help you with that.

How do I return my order?
The product can be returned within 7 days from the day it is received. Simply email hello@houseofkav.com to let us know. Once we receive the product in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. Please note that there will be processing fee for the return. 

How much duties and taxes do I have to pay?
Since the policies of customs authorities vary from one country to another, it is not possible for us to determine each countries customs policy on garment taxes. Thus, it is recommended to inquire at your customs authority if any taxes would be charged for the item you wish to buy.
