Refund policy

RETURN

  1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@houseofkav.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Refund for items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed.
  4. You can always contact us for any return queries at hello@houseofkav.com.
  5. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.

REFUND 

Once we have received and inspected your returned item/s, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 working days.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Any product which is custom made and any product which has been ordered from Atelier Section cannot be returned.
