By using or continuing to use the website and avail products and services through this website, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms & Conditions. We will not be liable if, for any reason, this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website. This Website does not have any age-bar hence it is advised that minors below 12 years of age shall be accompanied/assisted by parents /guardian.

The price of all kinds of Apparels listed on the Website include duties and taxes (but excludes shipping and handling charges), which will be charged as applicable and would depend on the physical location of the product as well as the shipping address provided by the buyer. The information provided during registration or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase shall be the final billing address and shipping address for delivery of the product.

 

  1. All sales are against 100% payment in advance through online payments/ portals/ apps/credit or debit cards/net banking etc.

 

  1. No Cash on delivery (COD) is available.

 

  1. You agree to abide by all provisions prescribed in these Terms and Conditions. In particular, you warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay for the price of the products, charges (handling, shipping, or any other) plus any additional applicable taxes (apart from the what is included in price of the product) for the purchases made by you.

 

  1. All the apparels made available for sale on the Website will be sold only at the price listed.

 

  1. The buyer agrees that the buyer is liable for any duties and taxes that might be applicable on the purchase as per clauses above and such charges shall be payable in addition to the price of the apparel.

 

  1. Placing an order on House of KAV constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase. Unless rescinded/cancelled by House of KAV on account of unavailability of the product or default or any prior or continuing breach by the buyer, such acceptance results in an enforceable contract of sale.

 

  1. The dispatch will be done within 2-3 working days of confirmed receipt of the full value of the shipment.

 

  1. House of KAV reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer in case of unavailability or emergency.

 

  1. House of KAV may introduce loyalty benefits from time to time for eligible customers who sign-up or register or create their accounts on the Website. As and when the loyalty benefits are introduced, the specific terms may be updated separately on the Website or may be added to the terms herein. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read these terms frequently and carefully. The terms of loyalty benefit shall be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated herein, unless specifically stated otherwise.

 

 PRODUCTS OR SERVICES: (if applicable)

 

  1. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy below.

 

  1. Our ATELIER Section (Customized Products) is primarily offline. Only limited products from this section are displayed online. We provide consultancy for our Altelier section which is a paid service. You may book for consultancy online and make the payment online. Payment for any product ordered from this section shall only be done online.

 

  1. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

  1. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Website is void where prohibited.

 

  1. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

 DAMAGES AND COMPLAINT:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take necessary action.
